The packets are for a minimum of two-night stays and include breakfast and a car rental for two days, on the islands of São Miguel, Faial, or Terceira. Chestnut Package at the Príncipe da Beira

The Hotel Príncipe da Beira in Centro has a new special two-night package with chestnuts as its theme. Valid from 25 October until 30 November, 2010, the offer costs from €107 per person for standard double-room accommodation, and to €187 per person for a suite. The price includes breakfast and a dinner with chestnuts as the star ingredient (additional charge for drinks). Guests will be invited to participate in the harvesting of the chestnuts prior to the meal, and will be offered half a kilo to take home with them.
