Boutique Hotel da Estrela opened Oct 26th 2010

The Hotel da Estrela, first hotel of Lagrimas Group in Lisbon, new hotel for the  School of Hospitality and Tourism of Lisbon, has opened. The group Lágrimas Hotels & Emotions have the hotel management contract for 13 years. Located in the Campo de Ourique, in the historic  Palácio dos Condes de Paraty, ,this is a redevelopment of the building of the former School
Machado de Castro, plans call for the   new School of Hospitality and Tourism Lisbon (opened in September of last year) . The project - a four star 19 rooms and three meeting rooms, restaurant / bar, garden and event space ­ all designed by the architect Miguel Cancio Martins. The training aspect is one of the aspects highlighted in the draft, as part of the staff will be final year students.
